Long distances takes planning. On Highway, our driving habits are different, less “active”, but also more tiring. Here’s how to properly prepare.
Listen to your body. if you are tired, take regular breaks (every 2 h: eiver remind you) especially in hot weather or if you are driving at night. When sleepy, stop to move the wheel or take a nap for 15 minutes. For a smooth ride, anticipate is essential. Monitor traffic in front of you as far as possible to avoid jerks.
Beware of drugs: some of them are at risk for driving. Read their instructions and ask your doctor or pharmacist.
Also do not forget to ride cool and stay courteous respecting other motorists.
