On October 10, the IBM Watson Summit Conference was held at the Carrousel du Louvre; an annual meeting of the IBM ecosystem: 1,500 clients and partners were attending.

IBM Watson is the suite of IBM’s artificial and cognitive intelligence solutions, in the cloud, capable of collecting written, sound or visual data, interpreting them, learning them and of providing a response or service related to these. IBM Watson is available on a simple web platform called BlueMix, a form of feature catalogue for software developers.

We are software developers. We have even filed 2 patents on our own technology for the recognition and qualification of car journeys. So we looked at IBM Watson and went to look for bricks allowing us to perfect or improve our responsible driving assistance services.

We have selected 3 which helped us develop our new solution: EiverSafety.

EiverSafety allows to determine a degree of urgency in case of an accident or sudden stop of a vehicle on the road. This happens by activating a dialogue protocol with the driver, activated by voice, directly on their smartphone, without equipment or physical connection to the vehicle.

That is what we presented at the IBM Watson Summit conference. And as a small explanatory video is always better than a long article, we let you watch and discover eiverSafety, innovative and universal functionality in the field of driving assistance and road safety.
