Long drives takes planning. On Highway, our driving habits are different, less “active”, but also more tiring. Here’s how to properly prepare.

HOW TO BE PREPARED FOR LONG DRIVES ?

Listen to your body. if you are tired, take regular breaks (every 2 h: eiver remind you) especially in hot weather or if you are driving at night. When sleepy, stop to move the wheel or take a nap for 15 minutes. For a smooth ride, anticipate is essential. Monitor traffic in front of you as far as possible to avoid jerks.

Beware of drugs: some of them are at risk for driving. Read their instructions and ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Also do not forget to ride cool and stay courteous respecting other motorists.
